This Privacy Policy explains how Agovia Edusphere Ventures LLC, based in Ghana, and Agyeah Motors LLC, supporting United States operations, collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information through StudentHub, Agovia, Chacha Markets, our websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
For questions or requests, contact borderlessbrilliance@gmail.com.
1. Scope and responsible operators
Agovia Edusphere Ventures LLC is the primary operator of the Services. Agyeah Motors LLC supports United States operations and may act as the responsible operator for a U.S. service or transaction when identified in the relevant flow, confirmation, or additional terms.
This Policy does not control independent third parties’ own services, websites, or privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
The information collected depends on the Service and features you use.
Information you provide
- Account and identity information: name, email address, password in hashed form, country, campus or school affiliation, profile information, and account preferences.
- Academic verification: academic email address, verification status, and security records associated with one-time verification codes. We do not store verification codes in readable form in production.
- StudentHub content and activity: listings, barter proposals, transaction details, courier requests, delivery confirmations, ratings, reviews, reports, and communications submitted through the Service.
- Agovia content and activity: service requests, talent profiles, research or oracle requests, concierge details, country and currency selections, transaction records, and evidence or links submitted to complete a service.
- Chacha Markets activity: simulated-credit balances, simulated positions, market proposals, forecasts, rankings, country selections, and related account activity.
- Support and safety information: emails, reports, attachments, feedback, deletion requests, dispute information, and communications with us.
- Payment-related information: payment status, amount, currency, provider, transaction reference, and limited billing or contact details. Full card or mobile-money credentials are generally collected directly by the payment provider rather than stored by us.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser or app type, device and operating-system information;
- timestamps, requested pages or API routes, referral information, and diagnostic logs;
- security, authentication, session, rate-limit, and fraud-prevention records;
- crash reports and performance information when diagnostics are enabled; and
- cookies or similar technologies needed for authentication, security, preferences, and website operation.
We do not currently use the Services to sell personal information or to serve behavioral advertising.

Our legal bases, where applicable, include performing our contract with you, your consent, compliance with law, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services without overriding your rights.
4. App-specific practices
StudentHub
StudentHub uses account, academic-verification, marketplace, transaction, courier, and rating information to connect users and operate campus-community workflows. Information included in a public profile, listing, or rating may be visible to other users. Academic email addresses are used for verification and are not intended to appear in public profiles.
Agovia
Agovia uses account, service-request, talent, country, transaction, and submitted-evidence information to provide the selected service. Information may be shared with service providers or counterparties when necessary to fulfill a request and with your direction.
Chacha Markets
Chacha Markets uses account and simulation activity to provide free, non-purchasable, non-redeemable credits and simulated forecasting. Chacha Markets does not offer prizes, deposits, withdrawals, payouts, or real-money wagering at launch.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information:
- To other users: when you choose to publish a profile, listing, rating, proposal, or other public or transaction-related content.
- To service providers: for hosting, databases, app builds, communications, payments, diagnostics, security, and technical support.
- For a requested transaction: to sellers, buyers, couriers, service professionals, payment providers, or other parties needed to complete the action you requested.
- For legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our Terms.
- During a business change: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- With your consent or direction.
We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Service providers
Depending on the feature and configuration, we may use:
- Render and PostgreSQL for application hosting and databases;
- Expo/EAS for mobile application build and delivery infrastructure;
- SendGrid for verification and transactional email;
- Stripe, Flutterwave, and MTN MoMo for payment processing;
- Sentry for error and performance diagnostics; and
- Google services, including Gemini where enabled, for relevant technology or AI-assisted features.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. A provider may not be used in every app or every country.
7. International transfers
We operate in Ghana and the United States and use providers that may process information in other countries. Privacy protections may differ across jurisdictions. Where required, we use contractual, organizational, or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.
8. Data retention
We retain active account data while the account remains open and as needed to provide the Services.
After a verified deletion request:
- we aim to delete or de-identify ordinary active account data within 30 days;
- backup copies are ordinarily overwritten or removed within 90 days;
- payment, transaction, fraud, security, tax, dispute, and legal records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required; and
- de-identified information may be retained when it can no longer reasonably identify you.
Retention periods may also depend on the nature of the Service, an unresolved transaction, safety concerns, or applicable Ghanaian or United States law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections, hashed passwords, access controls, session protections, and provider security features. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- access or receive a copy of personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- request deletion;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
- complain to an applicable privacy regulator.
To exercise a right, email borderlessbrilliance@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and may retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies.
See our Account Deletion page for step-by-step instructions.
11. Children and minors
StudentHub and Agovia are not directed to children under 13, and users under 13 may not create an account or submit personal information. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Users aged 13 through the age of legal majority should use StudentHub or Agovia only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Minors may not independently enter paid transactions where an adult is legally required.
Chacha Markets is for users aged 18 or older only.
Parents or guardians may contact borderlessbrilliance@gmail.com with questions or deletion requests.
12. United States privacy notices
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional access, correction, deletion, portability, or appeal rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable state privacy laws.
You may submit a request by email. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
13. Ghana privacy rights
Where Ghanaian data-protection law applies, users may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or information about our processing. Users may also contact Ghana’s Data Protection Commission regarding unresolved concerns.
